Sad Cybertronian

I've been feeling quite down a couple days ago, plus the days were kinda blah for me during the past week. ... I was trying to fight the urge not to lie down on my bed for the second time during the day (I'd napped earlier already) and to wake myself up, I decided to attempt to draw something completely digitally.

I started it as some random silhouette, but the head had some potential for a Cybertronian. So then I focused on that, and this cutie happened.


This guy isn't any Transformer in particular... Looks like he could be an Autobot, maybe. But with no badge, no colors, and having the ambiguous yellow-gold optics however, it's really hard to tell.

One thing that's certain is, that he looks like a Cybertronian who misses his mate. （；へ：）

It's very likely he lost him in the Cybertron wars, or one of so many different illnesses/injuries that can snuff the sparks of these beautiful, yet seemingly immortal robots.

I guess most of my sadness is still stemming from missing my dog terribly (◞‸◟)... I haven't felt the need to do "vent art" for a while, so making this was good medicine.

And I need to study Transformers' noses more. I love how Transformers' noses look for some reason, especially the "polygonal" G1 style.


I know this Cybertronian isn't a specific one, but I'm still gonna say it: Transformers is owned by Hasbro.
